Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, start by talking to the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Crystalthird Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed provider, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
